JSC Dahlgera is a subsidiary of concern Dahl (wholesale of plumbing equipment) in Lithuania. DAHL is Saint-Gobain Group trade group in Scandinavia.Currently DAHL group owned companies that operate in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia and Lithuania.
Because Saint-Gobain is fully managed by DAHL stake, we can safely say we belong to Saint-Gobain business family. In this family may be found in Lithuania known manufacturers and brands: JSC „Saint-gobain statybos gaminiai“ (ISOVER glass wool products, FIBO blocks, chimneys etc.), „Saint-Gobain autover“ (car glass), „Saint-Gobain PAM“ (Pont-a-mousson malleable iron products for the building of engineering networks).
A brief company history
17 July 2001 Vidas Sulskus founded a private company „Statgera ir partneriai“, whose main activity is the wholesale – retail sale of plumbing equipment. Company with active and enterprising employees took the attention of foreign investors from LVI-DAHL (Finland).
2 May 2006 LVI-DAHL founded its subsidiary in Lithuania Dahlgera JSC, which acquired a controlling company “Statgera ir partneriai“ shares.
For a long working experience having team moved to JSC “DAHLGERA”.
2006 early the company JSC “Dahlgera” began development and opened the first division of the company in Klaipeda.
There are two divisions of the company in Kaunas and Siauliai in spring of 2007 started.
